This place is great! Not fancy in the inside at all don't look for that. Just look for affordable and really nice and comfy pieces to dress your home on a budget!
You want Value City quality ...then look to pay "Value City prices".
Went there to look for a mattress something Theraputic like our old mattress. Unfortunately, they weren't able to satisfy our needs there, but we did get 2 comfy pillows with memory cushion! They were EXPENSIVE! But, we're not pulling any punches. The plan is to dress our new bed with good pieces. When the quality is there you won't have to re-purchase those items for years!
Service good.. you lady really long braids took good care of us. She was very nice, polite and helpful!

Kalynn was very very helpful. She was the only employee in the showroom but was very efficient when it came to helping each and every customer there. She was friendly when she greeted us, patient with explaining everything and very thorough throughout the entire process. Her customer service skills and ability to multitask is top tier. Thank you Kalynn, the level of service you provided was incredible and refreshing!!! More establishments need a Kalynn!!
Kalynn, did a wonderful job. She helped us in the middle of a move with two mattress sets and financing on top of it in a very short period of time. We love the service here and we recommend Kalynn American freight.
First time at American Freight getting furniture and will not be back. Nothing better than purchasing a set of furniture, taking it home and unboxing it to realize you were given the wrong set. Then, you get to take the wrong set back to the store just for them to tell you the set you wanted was discontinued and they can only give you a refund. Was the set not discontinued when I asked for it originally?! Why was I given the wrong set in the first place?! Also, why couldn’t I have the floor model that was “reserved”? Complete waste of time.
Kalynn is awesome! She is extremely helpful! She is a hard worker that knows her product and inventory. Very happy with her service.
